At Tadhem Academy, we believe that school is about more than just lessons; it is about belonging to a community. Even in an online environment, we foster a strong spirit of camaraderie and support through our House System and Mentoring Program.

The House System: Spirit & Competition To teach teamwork and healthy competition, every student is placed into one of four Houses upon admission.

• Virtual Competitions: Throughout the year, Houses compete in online debates, quizzes, art contests, and coding challenges.

• Point System: Students earn "House Points" not just for winning, but for good behavior, punctuality, and completing homework on time.

• Leadership: Senior students are appointed as "House Captains" to lead their teams, teaching them valuable leadership skills.

The Mentoring Program: Personal Guidance We understand that online learning can sometimes feel isolating. Our Mentoring Program ensures that every student has a voice.

• Academic Coaching: Dedicated mentors track student progress and help them overcome academic difficulties.

• Emotional Support: Regular one-on-one sessions to discuss goals, motivation, and any personal challenges the student faces.

• Holistic Growth: Mentors guide students on time management, discipline, and career planning.
